Checked official rooster against drivers licence Ids for JMH United available for play @ 0800.. Checked Picture Id's for Galaxy and listed Players on Card along with Jersey numbers.. However the captain and the offical rooster was not available.. I posed question To Sam K the assigner, and he questioned where the captain of Galaxy was, we were informed he was on the way. He arrive mid way through the first half and played the match. At the half I requested an official Rooster to compare against the players on the Game Card. No official rooster could be produced, but a previous weeks game card signed by the referees was submitted for examination. The players were the same as listed on the previous games game card. The match proceeded yet i will surrender the above circumstances to the league as to whether or not this is a legal match. The official rooster was not presented during the course of the match. One can only infer that the players of the match of team galaxy were properly listed. Drivers licenses were provided... Your call..

I would like to provide some information regarding Brew Crew team to D&P, in my opinion the Crew team they are very compatible team but they are very UN professional to other team and referee. In my 40 years refereeing in USSF and Europe, I never saw like that. I did my best to control games for there own safety aqnd I did. In the copies given to the Captains, I erroneously listed Steve Waldrip of Rovers FC with a caution when it should have been Mr. El Badr. I mistook a three for a five in my own notes. Also, Stephen Barnes was outstanding at AR2 as this was a very competitive game decided by a goal with less than 4 minutes to play. Stephen was in perfect position to judge offside on the play.
