D & P Committee No Show Policy

Effective Immediately

If your team is scheduled to serve as a committee member for a specified week and your team fails to provide a member to serve the team manager will sit the teams next scheduled game. The D&D Chair will sent notification to the Referee Assignor following every scheduled D&P Hearing.

IF THE D&P MEETING CAN STILL BE HELD and your team fails to provide a representative:

1. The team manager will sit the teams next scheduled game.
2. The team will be put on the ON-CALL list for any following week of D&P. (ON-CALL means team will still be given at least 48-hours notice of need to serve.)
3. If team no-shows a second, the team will forfeit their next scheduled match following the 2nd show show by a team representative.

IF THE D&P MEETING CANNOT BE HELD DUE TO ABSENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS:

1. Team Managers of absent teams will immediately sit the teams next scheduled game.
2. Teams will be put on the ON-CALL list for any following week of D&P. (ON-CALL means team will still be given at least 48-hours notice of need to serve.)
3. If team no-shows a second time, the team will forfeit their next scheduled match following the 2nd show show by a team representative.
