CASL D&P hearings will be held on Thursday's starting promptly at 7:00pm so representatives sitting must be present by 6:45pm.

ALL D&P Hearings will be held at the Noonday Meeting House at Noonday Park

Teams must have a representative present for their scheduled hearing date. Representative's do not have to be the team

manager or co manager/ coach. Representatives can be anyone that the team designates as their D&P representative.

Failure to attend or to send a representative can result in a one game suspension by the team manager.

Teams may be excused from a hearing due to an incident within their division or club but they will be called or rotated

through D&P hearings at a later date.

Teams that are not assigned a designated date are on an "as needed" basis.

D&P hearings starting in March will be assigned by February 27th, 2006 starting with teams that have been excuse from the fall D&P Schedule.
