All game reports must be filed within 24 hours of your game.
- To file a report, click on the Captain or Referee game report link in the menu on the left.
- For any questions regarding forfeits, player eligibility, fines, or suspensions please email.
- CAPTAINS: Know when your team is scheduled to serve: Hearing Schedule.
- Don't risk a sitting a game for not having a representative from your team: No Show Policy
- If you are facing charges from D&P, here's what you need to know:
- You can ask to have the charges explained.
- You have the right to an unbiased and impartial hearing.
- You can provide witnesses.
- Only factual information is allowed. (i.e.: no "Because the referee did…" hearsay)
- Appeal process exists:
- League Trustees (written appeal within 48 hours)
- Georgia State Soccer Association (written appeal with $100.00 fee)
- Notification of the hearing will be to sent to player/captain within 48 hours.
