All game reports must be filed within 24 hours of your game.

• To file a report, click on the Team Manager - Captain or Referee game report link in the menu on the left.
• For any questions regarding forfeits, player eligibility, fines, or suspensions please email.

• MANAGERS: Know when your team is scheduled to serve: Hearing Schedule.
• Don't risk a sitting a game for not having a representative from your team: No Show Policy

• Players - If you are facing charges from D&P, here's what you need to know:
• You have the right  to have the charges explained.
• You have the right to an unbiased and impartial hearing.
• You have the right to provide witnesses.
• Be aware that only factual information is allowed. i.e.: no "Because the referee did…" Testimony without the actual witness is hearsay and not permissible.
• Appeal process exists: contact
• League Trustees (written appeal within 48 hours)
• Georgia State Soccer Association (written appeal with $100.00 fee)
• Notification of the hearing will be to sent to player/captain within 48 hours.

• RESCHEDULES: D&P does not handle reschedules. Contact the League Scheduler for schedule information and game make up Policy.
