| Teams must have a representative present for their scheduled hearing date. | |||||||||
| Representative's do not have to be the team manager or co manager/ coach. | |||||||||
| Representatives can be anyone that the team designates as their D&P representative. | |||||||||
| Failure to attend or to send a representative will result in a one game suspension by the team manager. | |||||||||
| Teams may be excused from a scheduled D&P hearing due to an incident within their division or club but will | |||||||||
| be rotated through during the Tournament/ last four weeks of the season. | |||||||||
| Teams excused will be contacted by the D&P chairman and rescheduled. | |||||||||
| Women's team will be called on an as needed basis | |||||||||
