Teams must have a representative present for their scheduled hearing date.
Representative's do not have to be the team manager or co manager/ coach.
Representatives can be anyone that the team designates as their D&P representative.
Failure to attend or to send a representative will result in a one game suspension by the team manager.
Teams may be excused from a scheduled D&P hearing due to an incident within their division or club but will be rotated through during the last four weeks of the season
Teams excused will be contacted by the D&P chairman and rescheduled.
